A therapeutic massage to specifically address physical and emotional changes during pregnancy. A safe and effective way for expectant mothers to relieve discomfort, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being during pregnancy. Advised for a period of 1-6 weeks to support your pregnancy journey. This essential self-care experience comprises comprehensive full-body or targeted muscle therapies, specifically designed to alleviate the multitude of stresses and strains associated with the profound changes your body undergoes during this transformative period. My aim is to cultivate a warm, nurturing atmosphere, ensuring expectant and new parents feel cherished and secure as they’re treated with a well-deserved massage. This bespoke, holistic treatment will draw on a range of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques with the mum-to-be in side-lying position on our luxurious massage couch. The treatment will include skills and principles drawn from Chinese/Japanese medicine and shiatsu/acupressure as well as techniques which include working with the baby and the abdomen. Your treatment will consist of an in-depth consultation, bespoke bodywork and tailored after-care, as well as partnership with other professionals at the clinic to ensure you receive the best possible care.
